Thanks to my friends at MOPS (Mothers of Preschoolers) and to our continuous scouring of yard sales and Craigslist, Samuel has some awesome toys! We have Weeble-Lot Castle, Leap Frog Toys, Little People Farms and School, a school bus, a tractor, and just about every musical instrument that you can think of.
Toys have came a long way since my childhood, and Eric and I were amazed at the Weeble-Lot Castle with the spinning and singing moat. These toys are very entertaining. Eric even showed me how to play with "boys" toys, like matchbox cars and big trucks.
Samuel loves his toys! He likes to go from toy to toy to toy seeing what they all do and making noise with them. However, Samuel is the typical child and LOVES to play with my pots and pants, Gladware and my spatulas. A few weeks ago though, Samuel found a new favorite thing to play with...the toilet.
He loves to play with the handle, make the toilet flush, and when possible try to throw things into the toilet. His new idea of a good time keeps us entertained and on our toes!
