Role Model

I always remember my parents stressing to me the importance of having a good, positive role model! They actively encouraged positive relationships, positive activities, and kept us active with school, church and extracurricular activities!


This is definately something I want to do for Samuel! However, I didn't realize that being a role model would start NOW! Even though Samuel runs around like a crazy man and plays all the time, he is a little more observant that we might think!


I took these pictures of him the other night...obviously both mommy and daddy have rubbed off on the poor boy already! A vacuum cleaner in one hand and a lawn mower in the other! At least someone around here is doing chores...18-months old isn't too young to set up chores, right??? Maybe on Mondays he can vacuum and Tuesdays he can mow :0) Now, how long until I can convince him to do the dishes???
